Booking terms & conditions

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit of will be taken to reserve your place. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before the start of the retreat.

2. In the unlikely event that the retreat weekend must be cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances within our control your deposit and any additional payments made will be refunded in full.*

*Please note that now that covid-19 and its related travel disruptions are well known and no longer unforeseen any cancellations due to covid-related travel restrictions or other pandemics will not result in a refund. Please ensure you have travel insurance that covers you in this eventuality.

3. Your place on the retreat weekend is non-refundable (unless the event is cancelled by us – see above). Places are also not transferable to future workshops or stays at Château de la Ruche. However, in case you do need to cancel your place on the retreat weekend, we will accept a change of name of participant. You will be responsible for finding a replacement participant.
